East Beach rd  belongs to Leamington, but actually is on the East footing of Point Pelee, between Marinette beach and ElmdaleNote on the Point Pelee nearby: Park rangers told me, people not really surf here, but some fun with bodyboard is possible at the East beaches of Point Pelee Provincial Park.
The Tip is closed for swimming and wading due to dangerous currents. And there is not much of surf at the allowed beaches, but there could be spots Eastward, towards Wheatley.
The most water surface is at the East shore, but it is heavily corroded, and the bottom is way too deep. The West beaches are way better, but there is not enough water surface span to generate the real big waves.
